Frequently Asked Questions
Our Academy is a selective program, meaning you must go through a screening process before you are allowed to purchase a membership.
Here's how to proceed:
1. Apply for the Academy Evaluation here.(https://www.showtimebasketballacademy.com/inquire)
2. Our team member will reach out to you shortly. If everything checks out, you will be sent an evaluation email.
3. Your child will come in for their evaluation.
4. If our coaches feel as though your child brings the positive energy and impact we are looking for, our team member will then reach out with the results of the evaluations.
5. Once everything is completed, we will send you all the details regarding the membership page. You will be able to purchase a membership then!
Please note that you must be accepted into the program BEFORE purchasing a membership!

Missed sessions can be made up on any available day within your current billing period. For example, if your billing period ends in December 2025, the make-up session must be used anytime during December 2025.
Make-up sessions do not carry over into the next billing period.
We kindly ask that you notify us in advance when planning to attend a make-up session, so we can account for capacity and staffing.
There will be no roll-over classes. You only get as many sessions as you pay for per month.

3. Make sure you're logged into your child's profile.
4. Go to "My Info".
5. Go to "My Schedule".
6. Cancel the session you want.
Now, you've received that session back, which means you will be able to book another session on a different date under "Classes".

2. Scroll to the bottom.
3. Select the drop-in you wish to purchase.

3. Select "Book Now."
4. Purchase the plan you want.
Membership cancellations and suspensions must be done through us. Please email us if you wish to cancel or suspend your membership.
Refunds are only available for membership cancellations. Full refunds are given for cancellations within 7 days of the payment. Half refunds are given within 14 days of the payment. No refunds after 15+ days of payment.
**Please notify us if you decide to cancel your membership.
Showtime Basketball Academy runs year-round Mondays - Thursdays and Saturdays.

We are not providing any summer-camp styled programs. Our Summer programs are geared towards more serious athletes as opposed to week-long daycare camps.
Our Academy's Fundamentalist Development program is geared towards children under the age of 13 with less than 2.5 years of experience. Overall, it is a more beginner friendly program.
Our Select classes are for children between the age of 10-14 with 2.5-5 years of experience.
